Background
Working on this remodel was such a joy. Being a handy individual, this customer took on some aspects of the project which leaning on KSHI for some of the “heavy lifting”.
The Work
Customer did all of the demolition and electrical before we stepped in with new drywall, tiling and cabinet installation. This project is a perfect example of our ability to work alongside the DIY homeowner, helping take a somewhat project and turning into something we can all be proud of.
We also helped with installing granite countertops, under-mount sink, cabinet-mounted microwave, new tile backsplash as well as a stained concrete floor. In this instance, we installed concrete board over an existing wood floor before skim coating with 3500psi concrete polymer, stain and seal. The end result is just what the homeowner envisioned, all at a budget that worked for them.
